Notes
Ahi tuna steak is one of my favorites for a quick, easy, healthy meal with almost no effort.
The tuna steak for this salad came from Aldi. I’m usually not a huge fan of frozen fish filets, but I’ve been pleased with the frozen fish at Aldi. A bag of 5 tuna steaks costs about $5 and they cook up wonderfully.
To make a salad like this one, use fresh spring greens for the base. Assemble them on a pretty plate like this red Fiestaware plate. Doesn’t this red plate make the colors of the salad pop?
I enjoy this salad on a hot summer day sitting on the deck with my dog watching my cows graze.
