This light and spicy vinaigrette adds the perfect kick to Ahi Tuna Steak Salad.
1/4 cup oil (olive, avocado or vegetable)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley or 2 Tbs. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Add all the ingredients together in an 8-oz. jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until blended. Drizzle over salad to taste.
If using dried parsley, let the dressing sit for five minutes after shaking, then shake again just before using.
