Cranberry Orange Pie

A creamy pie that is the perfect blend of tart and sweet!

  • food processor
  • 10 inch pie pan

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs finely ground in a food processor or purchased
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted

Cranberry Orange Pie Filling

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup cranberries finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. orange peel grated and chopped


Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  • Then press the mixture into a 10-inch pie pan.
  • Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cranberry Orange Pie Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into the baked graham cracker crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Cool the pie on a rack.
  • Then chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with whipped cream before serving (optional)
